Jeremie Desautels is a serial technology entrepreneur who has spent the last 15 years creating companies and products for the CRM industry.
Jeremie co-founded and was Chief Technology Officer of CoreMotives where he designed and oversaw the development of their flagship product, the number one marketing automation solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM offering email marketing, lead scoring, web visitor tracking, nurture marketing, web forms, surveys, and alert notifications which enabled users to detect, track and target prospects interacting with their website or other marketing assets. The company became the leader in the space with more than 500 customers in 30 countries. Jeremie piloted the sale of the company to Silverpop, an IBM company, in 2012 and remained with IBM as an advisor until 2016.
Prior to CoreMotives, Mr. Desautels co-founded c360 Solutions, the leading provider of add-on software for Microsoft CRM, in 2001 and was their Chief Technology Officer until 2003, their Chief Information Officer and Director of Customer Service until 2006 and was their Vice-President Product Marketing until 2008. He designed and developed several of c360’s award winning products in addition to c360’s Development Framework for Microsoft CRM which is the premier development toolkit for Microsoft CRM. These products were widely adopted by more than 2,250 customers and 800 Microsoft partners all over the world. Mr. Desautels was the technical editor of the book “Special Edition: Using Microsoft CRM” from Queue Publishing.
Prior to c360 Mr. Desautels was a Senior Technical Consultant for the Professional Services team of Onyx Software, a mid-market CRM software vendor. Mr. Desautels has architected and developed CRM solutions for Factiva, IMS Health, AIG/FSC Securities, Witness Systems and Internet Security Systems among others.
Before entering the CRM industry, Mr. Desautels was a lead developer for CGI Canada in Atlanta and Montreal. Mr. Desautels has a degree in Computer Management from the University of Sherbrooke, Canada.
